Digital filing of international applications

From 15 October 2024, the filing of an international application based on a Caribbean Dutch mark will be digital. 

Physical forms and separate payments will no longer be required. Via the Madrid e-Filing, you can submit and pay for the international application in a simple way. All communication will also be handled digitally.

All you need is a WIPO account.
